Care And Usage
Before First Use:
- Wash the product with mild detergent and a soft sponge.
- Dry the pan with clean cloth or paper towel
- Smear oil on the inside and outside of the pan with paper towel or a dry cloth.
- Heat the pan on a low flame on the stove until the pan is smoking hot. (ideally for 30 to 40 minutes)
- Switch off the stove and let the pan cool down completely
- For optimum non-stick effect, Step 1- 5 should be repeated 3 to 4 times. (optional)
- Now the pan is ready to be used and to be stored.
 Maintenance:
- After use, just wash the pan with very soft sponge/cloth and soapy water. Refrain using harsh metal sponges or brushes and harsh detergent to wash the pan.
- For difficult food remnants, u may soak the pan I soapy water for 15 minutes before washing.
- Dry it a clean cloth or paper towel and apply a thin layer of oil on the cooking surface.
- Store the pan in a dry place.Â

- You can use any type utensils on the pan (ranging from metal / wooden / silicone). Avoid using sharp utensils to scrap out the surface of the pan as it may leave scratches and leaves the pan to rust.
- The seasoning on the pans has to be done to prevent the cast iron from rusting and to form a natural non-stick layer. Seasoning is an important and integral part of cast iron and should never be avoided.
- Cleaning of the pre seasoned cast iron products has to be done carefully. Use only mild detergent / liquid wash and only use soft scrubs such as coconut fibre or soft sponge or cloth. After washing, once the pan is dry, oil the pan and store it to maintain the optimum non-stick effect of the pan.
- Don’t throw your pan if the pan develops rust. Clean all the rust with normal sponge a metal scouring pad or fine steel wool, then wash the pan using water, a soft brush, and a small amount of soap. Rinse and dry. Repeat seasoning steps.
